Pain is a kind of warning that informs us of the existence of an abnormality in our body. If it is not relieved and becomes chronic, pain itself can become a cause of abnormalities of the heart, lungs and brain, can lower the immune function, and induce mental diseases such as anxiety and melancholy. The pain therapy room is responsible for the early detection of pain, the search for its underlying disease, and treatment based on the pain mechanism, all of which is carried out by accredited physicians in pain medicine and specialists in pain relief from among the physicians of the Department of Anesthesia.
