About the Clinic |
Its extent is determined by the immaturity and unorganized degree of the cell, and the abnormality and division activity of the nucleus. In CIN (cervical intraepithelial neoplasia), it is called phase T1 when cell division and immature cells are limited only to the lower third of the intraepithelial layer ; T2 when limited to the middle two thirds; and T3 when all of the layers is included. Treatments for cervical dysplasia include a locally-destroying treatment, such as cervical electrocautery, cryotherapy and laser vaporization, and surgical treatments such as cervical conization and total laparoscopic hysterectomy.
