The Nephrology Department at Uijeongbu St. Mary's Hospital provides medical services for renal diseases, particularly secondary glomerular diseases such as glomerulonephritis, diabetic nephropathy and hypertensive nephropathy, as well as hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome, which is prevalent in Northern Gyeonggi, acute pyelonephritis (kidney infection), prevalent in young women, and various causes of acute renal failure.
