※ Cautions
- Patients may have to wait in the Emergency Room until a bed becomes available.
- We do not offer meals in the Emergency Room. Patients, family or friends are responsible for providing their own meals.
- The receptionist will stamp parking receipts for free parking.
- Patients are responsible for their personal belongings.

Emergency Center Discharge |
- After payment has been made, a discharge certificate will be given to you. Please hand in the discharge certificate to your nurse immediately.
- If you have been prescribed medication, please hand in your medical prescription to the hospital pharmacy, located on the 1st floor and basement floor of the hospital.
• The outpatient pharmacy is located on the 1st floor of the hospital, next to the lobby. There are yellow and red painted lines on the floor, which lead directly to the pharmacy.
(Monday-Friday 8:00am- 18:00pm, Saturday 8:00am-13:00pm)
• The pharmacy is located in the basement of the hospital. Please follow the yellow lines on the floor to the pharmacy. (Sunday-Saturday, 24 hours).
- The ward staff may schedule an appointment for a follow-up visit at the Specialist Clinic for Outpatients. Should you need to reschedule your outpatient appointment after your discharge, please call our appointment line on 590-2996 or 590-2997.
- If you require a medical certificate, please inform your nurse in advance, in order to receive your medical certificate upon discharge.
(Medical certificates are not issued on Sundays, public holidays, and evenings.)
