Admission and Discharge
Admission procedure
Please bring a copy of your doctor's certified admission approval form and admission agreement form, with both you and your family’s written signature of consent to the Admission Department. Upon arrival at the Admission Department, a room will be assigned to you, and payment instructions as well as any additional information about hospital procedure will be given.
Medical Report
If you need a medical certificate, please inform your nurse in advance. Once the doctor has signed your medical certificate, you will be expected to pay for your certificate at the reception desk of the Hospital Business Department.
※ A Birth Certificate will be issued to you automatically upon discharge.
Discharge
Your physician will decide which day you will be discharged depending upon your physical condition and discharge needs. Your physician will notify you and other members of the health-care team of your expected discharge date in advance. Payment should be made at the Hospital Business Department by 10 am on the day of your discharge. Payment may be accepted by credit card or cash.

Once your payment has been made, you will receive a discharge certificate. Please hand in your discharge certificate to your nurse. Please confirm all medication prescriptions and any follow-up appointments prior to your discharge.

• Patients can choose a room from among 1, 2, and 3 types.
• Patients have to be admitted for 2 nights and 3 days in the case of natural childbirth, but in the case of Cesarean operation, 4 nights and 5 days are required.
• The above amounts are only estimations, so incidental expenses such as meals, injections, medication, and other types of treatment will be added later on.

During Your Stay
You will be given a patient's gown to wear, provided to you by the hospital. Other essential items you should bring include a glass, a towel, toothpaste, a toothbrush, tissue paper, and several empty water bottles to refill water at the kitchen room on your floor. You may purchase any additional toiletry items upon request

Meals
Two different menus are available to choose from.
(No specific kitchen meals available will be at your request)
※ The doctors will make their rounds on each ward from 7:00-8:00am and 17:00-19:00pm.(The times at which the doctors make their rounds are subject to change depending on the schedule.)
Telephone Service
A telephone service is provided in your room. You will be responsible for the telephone fee for any calls made from your room.
Emergency Calls
An emergency call button is located directly next to your bed. Please push the button in the event you need immediate assistance.
An emergency call button is also located in your bathroom or in the public bathroom on your floor.
Kitchen Room
The kitchen room is located at the entrance of the west ward near to the elevators. You can obtain hot and cold water there at any time.
You are not allowed to use any heating devices in your room. Please use the microwave oven and the refrigerator in the kitchen room.
