The Social Work Team is St. Mary's Hospital's counseling unit, created at the time of its relocation on May 3, 1993. In charge of coordinating medical services and charity programs toward the local community, the team plays a key role in guiding our organization in practicing Christian values. The vision of the Social Work Team is to help prevent and resolve medical issues facing the northern Gyeonggi-do region, and to develop ways to contribute to the welfare and well-being of the local community. |

Introduction |
| The Social Work Team of St. Mary's Hospital offers social, psychological and emotional support to both inpatients and outpatients and their families through counseling. The social work counselors also offer advice on treatment and help with the process of patients' reintegration into their family and society. By working closely with our medical team, the counselors try to identify the most appropriate and efficient treatment options for patients and provide assistance to facilitate their return to a normal life and resumption of daily activities. |
