Medical Treatment Procedure
- Reception of Initial Treatment

- Please fill out an application form on the 1st floor of the medical treatment information desk. Then, you will need to obtain a blue waiting queue ticket and submit it together with your health insurance card or ID card to the initial medical treatment/telephone appointment reception desk. You will receive a filing receipt/an appointment card and submit them to the relevant medical department.

- After taking a waiting queue ticket, fill out a medical treatment application form, submit it to the relevant reception desk by order number, and then submit the filing receipt/the appointment card to the relevant medical department.

Payment Method
Payment at a reception desk
After receiving medical treatment, you will be asked to submit your lifetime registration card, filing receipt, and appointment card and you shall pay medical expenses in accordance with the waiting queue. Then, you will receive a receipt together with examination items and a medication number.
Unmanned Payment Machine
- If you use an unmanned payment machine, you can quickly and easily pay for your medical expenses and be issued a prescription at the same time.
- Location: Payment reception desks on B1, Endocrine and Renal Center / 1st floor Lobby, Otorhinolaryngology, Certificates issuance reception desks/ Payment reception desks on the 2nd floor / Family Medicine on the 3rd floor
- It is possible to pay by credit card or cash. (Health insurance patients and general patients can use it.)

Post-payment Information
What is post-payment?
(Hi-pass card)
- When a patient or guardian registers a credit card in the hospital, it is considered a payment service that allows examinations without having to pay in advance for medical expenses or examination fees at the reception desks.
- When you return home after receiving medical care or examination, payments will be made with the registered credit card, and we will send you information about the payment details by mobile phone SMS.
Post-payment Registration Procedure
- 1 Application to the person in charge of reception/payment
- 2 Prepare and register a Hi-pass card application form.
- 3 Conduct medical treatment/examination.
- 4 Card payment (after returning home)
Payment Procedure and Benefits of Using Post-payment

- There is no need to wait at the payment reception desks to make payments.
- You can make payments without having to bring cash or credit card.
- Immediately after outpatient treatment, you can make an appointment for and receive examination.
- Medical expenses will be automatically paid by the registered card without you needing to wait at the payment reception desks.
- Waiting time is shortened when using the hospital.

- If you have an out-of-hospital prescription, you can receive it after payment using the payment reception desk or unmanned payment machine.
- You may not be able to use an unmanned payment machine if you have been prescribed medicines.

How to Use It?
- Please use the payment reception desks when you apply for an initial medical treatment. (Prepare a selective medical treatment form, personal information agreement, etc.)
- Payment is made by the credit card that was registered at 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm on the same day or at 8:00 am to 9:00 am the next day.
- After payment of the medical expenses, we will inform you by mobile phone SMS.
- You can request your credit card cancellation and change after registering it at the payment reception desk.
